Progress on a Painting

Here is a painting that I have been working on in between some other projects this week. I am planning on entering this piece into a competition early next year. It has a long way to go before it is finished. Getting the water perfect will be the make or break area of this piece. The ducks in the painting are Common Goldeneyes.
