I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter and could be with family or friends. It was a perfect day in Sioux City, Iowa.

I have been experimenting with some different ideas for some larger paintings and have been using my miniatures paintings as studies. Here I am painting candy again. What's up with that???? I like the composition on this painting. The bag seems to really have a three dimensional feel to it and I can almost feel the hard shiny candy coating on the m&m's.
