Last Slice of Pizza - Painting A Day by Darren Maurer

We had a pizza tonight for our dinner. I wanted to paint the last piece for my painting today. I had to resist finishing off this piece of pizza until the painting was almost finished. The background is a tone of purple which makes the inside of the box and pizza slice look very warm. I like the grease spots inside the box. This is painting 150 in my Painting A Day Series.
