Night Time Window Sill Pear by Darren Maurer

This pear was in our window sill with the overhead light casting the shadow almost straight down from the top. I had painted this pear a few days earlier and decided to paint it again and include the window sill and the blackness of the night showing in the glass. This is painting 48 in my Painting A Day Series.
